Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to implement and administer tools and systems across the Business Technology Team. You will drive scale across multiple systems, design and implement integrations, cultivate relationships across the business, and deliver security initiatives, all while creating the best possible user experiences for employees.

About the BizTech Team

The IT or Business Technology (BizTech) team at Chainalysis creates intuitive, scalable, and secure technology experiences that accelerate Chainalysis’ growth and empower our employees to do their best work.

Responsibilities

Provide intuitive technology experiences to our employees through technical and business process improvements, and to our partners through your strategic collaboration

Partner with your peers to build and deliver a System Roadmap that balances our needs for scale, a high bar for user experience, and the security of the company

Own the architecture and technology choices critical to the continued success and growth of the company and the BizTech organization

In collaboration with Compliance/Security, you’ll deliver solutions that address identified gaps in our environment while maintaining a seamless user experience

Build out the team through mentorship of junior members in BizTech and participation in ongoing hiring efforts

Qualifications

Broad expertise across several core IT systems (Google, Slack, JAMF, Atlassian, Microsoft, Okta)

Demonstrated experience in roles of similar scope, preferably within technology companies

Strong experience administering and integrating collaboration systems (Google, Slack, etc.)

History of demonstrating adaptability, resilience, support, and diversity within your teams

Able to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise

Demonstrated experience mentoring other engineers and operational specialists

Previous experience with Mergers & Acquisition efforts within IT

Nice to Have

Background in FinTech or Crypto is great, but not required

Background building world-class systems built for scale

Strong scripting skills are preferred
