Support developers, improve onboarding, and enhance the experience of teams building on Zerion's API. Handle Tier 1–2 API support, translate feedback into actionable insights, and ensure developers feel empowered.

Requirements

Solid engineering fundamentals with at least 3+ years development experience

Solid understanding of Web3 concepts (wallets, NFTs, DeFi)

Hands-on experience with Web3 projects — either personal (pet projects) or commercial use

Strong experience with Golang (required)

Strong understanding of API architecture, REST conventions, tokens/auth flows, and error handling

Experience debugging and resolving complex issues in production systems

Experience with developer platforms or supporting external development teams

Responsibilities

Act as the first technical point of contact for teams integrating Zerion API

Diagnose edge cases, debug & fix issues, and unblock partners acting as the owner for tier 1–2 engineering challenges

Write well-structured, and efficient code contributing to the development of new services and features

Collaborate closely with engineers to triage and resolve problems efficiently

Maintain and improve technical documentation, SDKs, and dev onboarding flows

Shape the product by implementing customer-driven features in close collaboration with the product manager

Monitor developer success metrics and reduce time-to-value
