6-month internship in social law, supporting the HR team with daily legal issues, preparing meetings for employee representative bodies, and advising on disciplinary matters and contract terminations.

Requirements

  • Law student seeking a 6-month internship, with prior specialization in social and labor law.
  • Knowledge of social protection law is appreciated.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and listening skills, as the position requires interaction with all HR teams.
  • Rigor, pragmatism, and teaching ability to best support internal clients.
  • Discretion, sense of confidentiality, good ability to adapt to change and to different problems.
  • 6-month internship, ideally starting in March/April.
  • Personal curiosity about the Web 3.0 world.

    • Responsibilities

  • Prepare meetings for employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT) and participate in building the year's social agenda.
  • Advise HR teams on daily company issues (disciplinary matters, contract terminations, workstation and working conditions).
  • Act as an interface with law firms to manage HR issues abroad (UK, USA, Switzerland, Singapore).
  • Participate, in conjunction with your manager, in various company projects with a social and legal impact (implementation of a service provider management policy, harmonization of intra-group policies such as telework, reorganizations, etc.).
  • Ensure legal monitoring in social law (analysis of legal, conventional and jurisprudential news).
