Leads C2C/P2P business (Chinese market) growth and market share. Designs and implements operational strategies, builds merchant quality management systems, and establishes effective monitoring methods. Drives product risk control system upgrades and business development.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of work experience; fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese.
  • Experience in internet/financial/blockchain/digital currency companies; rich operational management experience preferred; social personality preferred.
  • Maintain a sense of hunger, excellent industry sensitivity, proactive, strong initiative, ideas and motivation that can be implemented.
  • Strong logical thinking ability, strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and coordination abilities, and execution capabilities.

    • Responsibilities

  • Design and implement operational strategies for C2C/P2P business (Chinese market) growth and market share.
  • Build merchant quality management systems and establish tiered, refined operational mechanisms and strategies.
  • Establish effective monitoring methods to identify malicious merchant fraud patterns and continuously build a business risk control system.
  • Build the company's core business risk control system, promoting business development while reasonably controlling risks.
  • Deeply explore merchant needs and pain points, closely connecting with product development to promote product feature launches and improve product usability and user experience.
  • Maintain data sensitivity, quickly understand industry and P2P market dynamics, continuously output analysis reports and corresponding strategies, and provide guidance for product upgrades and business directions.
