Responsibilities

- Build and nurture high-level relationships with stakeholders, including executives in the luxury, retail, and travel sectors.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.
- Identify growth opportunities, secure strategic partnerships, and oversee revenue expansion.
- Manage financial planning, risk assessment, and scaling operations globally.
- Represent the organization at international events, promoting its vision and innovative solutions.
- Engage with industry leaders to build meaningful connections and partnerships.
- Coordinate high-profile events to establish and maintain influential networks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or senior sales roles, with a proven record of scaling operations and delivering measurable results at the executive level.
- Ideally, a background in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG), complemented by expertise in business development, finance, or payment technologies.
- Alternatively, senior-level experience in fintech or payment solutions for high-value sectors such as retail, luxury, or travel is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a natural capacity to inspire and empower teams to excel.
- Advanced analytical and financial planning skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strategy execution.
- An established network of senior-level relationships within the luxury, retail, and travel sectors, enabling access to key opportunities.
- A solid understanding or strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, combined with a forward-looking perspective on emerging trends.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, exceeding targets, and delivering transformative results.
