Lead commercial strategy, optimizing Immutable's economic profile through partnerships and deal-making. Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, venture capital or as an operator at a tech scale-up

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently within strategic guardrails

Strong strategic and quantitative skills, capable of analyzing market trends and financial data to optimize commercial outcomes

Proven deal-making experience, including structuring, negotiating, and executing complex commercial agreements

Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how commercial decisions impact and sit in context of the broader business strategy

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, investors, and external partners

Responsibilities

Own our internal deals process, optimizing unit economics of our entire commercial engine

Own and evolve our commercial decision-making framework for non-standard deals, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment

Drive commercial partnership strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance Immutable’s revenue profile

Manage key strategic relationships, particularly with investor networks and major commercial partners, to foster long-term value creation

Analyze market trends, partner data, and financial insights to make data-driven decisions that maximize Immutable’s profitability and competitive positioning

Work cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure that commercial strategies are effectively executed and align with our broader company vision
