Lead commercial strategy, optimizing Immutable's economic profile through partnerships and deal-making. Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, venture capital or as an operator at a tech scale-up
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently within strategic guardrails
  • Strong strategic and quantitative skills, capable of analyzing market trends and financial data to optimize commercial outcomes
  • Proven deal-making experience, including structuring, negotiating, and executing complex commercial agreements
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how commercial decisions impact and sit in context of the broader business strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, investors, and external partners
  • Responsibilities

  • Own our internal deals process, optimizing unit economics of our entire commercial engine
  • Own and evolve our commercial decision-making framework for non-standard deals, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment
  • Drive commercial partnership strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance Immutable’s revenue profile
  • Manage key strategic relationships, particularly with investor networks and major commercial partners, to foster long-term value creation
  • Analyze market trends, partner data, and financial insights to make data-driven decisions that maximize Immutable’s profitability and competitive positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure that commercial strategies are effectively executed and align with our broader company vision
