Develop and implement leadership development programs across OK Group's global offices. Work closely with leaders to identify needs, design initiatives, and evaluate impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with solid years of experience working in Leadership development, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or Talent Management domains, preferably from a well-known global organization with strong learning culture
  • Able to navigate in a fast-pace working environment, likes to take up new challenges, open and flexible to fast changes, and value team work
  • Self motivated, with positive and growth mindset, strong team collaboration capability
  • logical and structured in problem solving, with a big picture in mind
  • Past experience and credentials in leadership assessment and development tools is a plus (e.g. DISC, Leadership 360 tools, Lego serious play facilitator, executive coach)
  • Experienced workshop and/or training designer and facilitator
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and function leaders in OK Group to understand business and functional vision and leadership development needs, provide advice and craft direction to build a roadmap of leadership development in overseas markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, US and Euro, etc).
  • Design a suite of programmes that create a clear growth pathway from first line manager through executives so that leadership potential is developed in line with organisational need.
  • Plan and deliver leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies to ensure that our leaders are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance culture
  • Improve understanding of our leadership behaviours at all levels across the organisation and support leaders in ensuring that they demonstrate the desired behaviours consistently and shape the desired culture of OK Group
  • Develop and shape a learning culture in the organization through innovative and rich learning offerings to our global leaders
  • Design and deliver workshops for aspiring leaders to support them in their team management and culture building activities
  • Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions in order to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the current offers to support leaders in achieving their full potential
  • Work closely with other LG colleagues across regions and take the lead in team building activities to build a high-performing, high standard team with great team spirit
