Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Industry experience candidate preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within the technology or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technical operations, with experience driving tech stability and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or financial markets is advantageous.
  • Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that are critical to the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Design and execute programs that drive technical stability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Continuously monitor program performance, implementing improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices for technical stability and operational excellence.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Drive the adoption of technology solutions that enhance system reliability and scalability.
  • Work closely with business development, marketing, and product teams to identify and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and program development.
  • Lead the implementation of new revenue-generating products and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project and program status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success.
