Oversee daily execution of executive protection, public event security, incident response, crisis management, corporate office security, and vendor coordination. Ensure operational effectiveness of security strategies while working closely with third-party security vendors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate security, executive protection, physical security risk management, or a related field.
  • Military, law enforcement or intelligence officer background preferred
  • EMT or other medical certifications are preferred.
  • Proven experience and strong knowledge of physical security technologies, access control systems, surveillance monitoring, and emergency response protocols.
  • Experience in incident management, crisis response, and business continuity planning
  • Ability to work under high-pressure conditions, make critical decisions, and respond to emerging threats in real-time.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem solving skills, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working internationally
  • Responsibilities

  • Executive Protection & High-Risk Travel Security
  • Support executive security programs, ensuring safe movement for C-suite executives and high-profile individuals.
  • Analyze travel risk assessments and implement security measures for executives’ domestic and international travel.
  • Coordinate with vendor-provided protective security services, including close protection and secure transportation.
  • Continued real-time assessment of threat intelligence affecting executive movements and adjusting security protocols accordingly.
  • Public Event Security & Risk Mitigation
  • Oversee security planning and risk assessment for corporate events, industry conferences, and public engagements.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure crowd management, emergency preparedness, and controlled access to venues.
  • Ensure security plans comply with local regulations, venue security policies, and emergency preparedness protocols.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the security vendor, law enforcement agencies, and event organizers (internal & external).
  • Incident Management & Crisis Response
  • Serve as the primary responder to physical security incidents, including workplace violence/active shooter incidents, cyber-physical threats, natural disasters, etc... coordinating real-time mitigation efforts.
  • Serve as the Incident Commander in emergency situations, coordinating with internal stakeholders, security vendors, government agencies and law enforcement.
  • Assist in developing and executing crisis response plans, ensuring business continuity during security threats, real-time incident reporting, investigation, and resolution, leveraging vendor resources for immediate response, implementing and oversee incident reporting, escalation procedures, and post-incident reviews.
  • Conduct post-incident analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance future security measures.
  • Investigate site security incidents and provide detailed reports.
  • Coordinate emergency drills, evacuation procedures, and active threat response training for employees.
  • Physical Security Risk Assessments & Corporate Office Security
  • Coordinate with security vendors for physical security audits of corporate offices, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices, access control policies, and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Oversee security technology implementation, including surveillance systems, intrusion detection, access control integration and training aligned with our global policy, with local threat considerations.
  • Coordinate with building management, law enforcement, and emergency responders to maintain a secure corporate environment.
  • Vendor Management & Security Liaison
  • Oversee the day-to-day coordination with third-party security vendors, ensuring quality, security needs and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Manage performance evaluations and compliance audits for vendor-provided security services.
  • Collaborate with the vendor to optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficient deployment of security personnel, technology, logistics and continuous vetting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and global security partners to enhance security posture.
