Job Description
This role is responsible for developing and executing overall DEX operational strategies, optimizing user experience, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced on-chain trader with deep expertise in DEX and Memecoins.
Responsibilities
- Experienced On-chain Trader – Proficient in major DEX trading tools and passionate about discovering Alpha opportunities on-chain.
- Stay ahead of the Memecoin market – Track industry trends and execute DEX operational strategies, including market promotions, product optimization, and trading incentives.
- Strong market sense and trend-spotting ability – Skilled in industry research, trend analysis, and content creation, with excellent marketing acumen.
- Content creation expertise – Ability to craft high-quality marketing materials to enhance brand exposure and user engagement.
- Project management and execution – Strong ability to drive initiatives and ensure high-quality execution of operational plans.
Requirements
- Language Skills: English as a working language; bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a plus.
- DEX Expertise: Deep understanding of DEX operations, industry trends, market analysis, and marketing strategies.
- Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in marketing, operations, and DEX (especially MEME trading).
- Cross-team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, BD, and marketing teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
