Crypto.com seeks a Strategy Director to make critical strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience (e.g., strategy consulting), passion for crypto, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate Hong Kong working hours (GMT+8).
  • Strong interest in blockchain/crypto industry; knowledge of DeFi is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., management consulting), with team management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis (a plus).

    • Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans aligned with company goals across crypto and fintech.
  • Implement strategic initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
  • Recommend product pricing, monitor P&L, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Perform data analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with strategic partnerships and investments.
  • Manage or mentor junior strategy team members.
  • Be a role model with a strong founder's mentality and ownership.
