Binance seeks an Africa Captain to boost educational initiatives, organize events, and gather user feedback across major African cities. This 6-month renewable role enhances Binance's local community presence.

Requirements

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminology and trends and have a liking for crypto culture;

Excitement about the crypto industry, Binance and working with people;

Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, etc…);

Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to adjust strategies with the team as needed;

Strong partnership development skills, with references to show.

Responsibilities

Organize Offline Events (Minimum of 3 Per Month)

Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events majorly in Tier-2 cities in the region;

Strategically leverage meet-ups to grow the region’s Telegram channels by ensuring attendees join to further increase their engagement with the brand;

Leverage offline events to acquire affiliates by introducing the program during events;

Ensure all logistics of the events are managed efficiently, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site event management;

Co-ordinate feedback collection from the community members in each city where meet-ups are held;

Organize Campus Workshops (Minimum of 3 Per Month)

Establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions to conduct workshops and seminars.
