Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional ability to shape and evolve a brand’s voice across platforms.
  • Strong portfolio of past work that demonstrates creative excellence and impact
  • Able to develop ideas that answer the brief.
  • Is a master of simplifying complex problems to arrive at a crisp, clean, simple solution.
  • Hands-on and humble as a leader — nothing is above or below them.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative and resourceful — willing to both lead and execute when needed.
  • Familiar with our products and the competitive landscape. Understand crypto culture, its language, and its audience across social and digital touchpoints.
  • Fast-moving, pragmatic, and focused on delivering outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of creative and design trends and AI-assisted creative tools, and champion their integration into the team’s creative process.
