Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management or Communications roles within the technology industry, preferably in blockchain industry
  • Fluency in English and Turkish will be required as the role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders based in Turkey
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; taking ownership and moving projects forward
  • Proficient in data analysis; able to translate numbers into clear action items
  • Adapt at juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and simplifying complex processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and staying on top of emerging trends in event planning, sponsorship, and technology
  • Resident of Turkey
  • Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end setup of growth campaigns and their distribution.
  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization to drive top-of-the-funnel and mid-funnel growth.
  • Work closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated growth campaigns.
  • Own GTMs and create templates/SLAs for each high impact initiative—ensuring quick turnarounds.
  • Carry out the responsibilities with a growth team, developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Implement automated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Implement and measure the key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns to assess performance and optimize strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and user data to optimize growth strategies and marketing activities continually.
  • Build positive relationships with collaborators across the company
  • Accountable for product domain adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm creative ideas and develop integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all content meets regulatory requirements and adheres to industry standards, including disclosures and disclaimers related to financial products and services.
  • Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, leveraging analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize future strategies.
