  • Responsibilities

  • Master the Basics (First 30 Days)
  • Create and publish social posts to boost our social engagement by 30%+
  • Refine our brand voice guide that balances WSB energy with financial credibility
  • Refine our launch campaign content that drives FOMO and excitement
  • Build our content calendar and identify immediate win opportunities
  • Build the Engine (By 90 Days)
  • Launch coordinated content calendar across 5+ platforms where our audience actually lives
  • Implement A/B testing framework that continuously improves key messaging components
  • Produce content for our retention campaigns that increase user engagement metrics by 25%+
  • Establish cross-functional content request system with product and design teams
  • Lead the Machine (By 6 Months)
  • Own Game7's entire content strategy across product, marketing, and community
  • Develop the playbook that balances edgy, meme-worthy content with regulatory compliance
  • Build and manage relationships with specialized content creators and agencies
  • Lead weekly content strategy meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
