Crypto.com is seeking a CRM Manager to oversee the execution and localization of cross-channel CRM communications tailored to regional markets. This role ensures CRM messages meet compliance requirements while maximizing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or operations roles, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, or Salesforce is a must.
  • Strong understanding of CRM compliance in regional markets and experience working with legal and compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with digital assets, trading, and derivatives is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage localization processes for multi-regional campaigns, including language and cultural adaptations.
  • Experience in delivering campaigns, managing automations, and conducting A/B testing to improve effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Regional CRM/Marketing experience will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact point for managing and localizing ongoing CRM automations to meet regional language and cultural requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional legal and compliance teams to ensure all CRM activities and campaigns are legally approved and compliant with local regulations.
  • Support the planning and execution of ad hoc CRM campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal, Creative, Tech) to deliver localized GTM strategies and seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for segmentation, automation, optimization, and reporting on the user lifecycle to drive retention and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Ensure the delivery of personalized, impactful, and localized CRM messages across push notifications, emails, and in-browser messages.
