Identify and recruit KOLs; develop and implement influencer campaigns; conduct user research and gather feedback; collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams; stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Onchain experience: Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and the Web3 ecosystem, especially the experience of onchain traders.
  • Network: Existing relationships with global crypto influencers, Twitter personalities, YouTubers, and other Web3 content creators is a plus.
  • Language skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, additional languages like Chinese is a plus.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, BD, and marketing teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Responsibilities

  • Identify and Recruit KOLs: Research and establish relationships with top influencers, content creators, and industry thought leaders in Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and crypto communities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, ensuring alignment with our product values and mission.
  • Develop Outreach Strategies: Create and implement effective influencer operation campaigns to promote our brand, products, and initiatives.
  • User Research & Feedback Collection: Conduct in-depth research to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Gather product feedback from communities to help improve our offerings.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, PR, and product teams to align influencer activities with overall business goals.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs in the Web3 space.
