Lead brand strategy and execution for Offchain Labs and Arbitrum, driving awareness and adoption of their blockchain solutions. This role requires extensive experience in the blockchain space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies within the (crypto, Web3) space.
  • Deep understanding of the ecosystem dynamics, including key stakeholders, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, formulate effective strategies, and drive results in a complex and rapidly evolving ecosystem.
  • Excellence in campaign strategy and execution. Strong creative direction and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, developers, KOLs, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and innovative mindset, with the ability to oversee the brands presence across channels ensuring verbal and visual identity is consistent.
  • Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and drive audience engagement.
  • Establish and Maintain Brand Voice: Establish and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all marketing channels.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies, with demonstrated ability to implement, measure, and optimize owned, earned, and paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Spearhead high-impact partnership initiatives across key partners.
  • Market Intelligence & Agile Response: Real-time monitoring and analysis of industry shifts, competitor movements, and new opportunities.
  • Internal Alignment & Technical Translation: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex innovations into compelling narratives.
