Together with the Marketing Strategy Lead execute regional growth campaigns in partnership with local & central stakeholders to ensure business objectives (KPIs) are met;Drive and lead growth marketing promotions across the CIS/CEE (incl. Balkans) targeting users' stickiness, and platform ecosystem usage (Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Active Users Growth Hacks via Retention, Reactivation, Stickiness);Establish marketing best practices (including segmentation, and A/B testing strategies) using data-driven insights;Measure, understand, and report critical metrics progress to regional management & Central Leaders;Develop marketing strategies aimed at maximizing the long-term value of clients through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and the ideal combination of products and distribution channels;Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product asks, user education, and operational campaign (top focus on KYC-Deposit-Trades conversion);Monitor campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficiency and user experience;Act as a driver for platform innovations (products, UX/UI), community needs solutions (Optimizations, Bonus Systems), in-depth analytics & in-sight sharing.
