A 6-12 month internship for undergraduate or university students passionate about Web3 and content creation. The role involves creating engaging content, running growth experiments, and utilizing AI tools to drive user acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Current university undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with the content ecosystems of Twitter and YouTube; understanding of content preferences among Hong Kong and Chinese users, with prior account management experience preferred.
  • Strong self-motivation and a keen interest in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries; basic knowledge of crypto trading is a plus.
  • Proficient in AI tools (such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway) for content creation or data analysis; basic programming or automation scripting experience is a plus.
  • Fundamental data analysis skills; familiar with Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a preference for copywriting and video creation abilities.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable to a fast-paced growth hacking environment, and willing to experiment with innovative approaches.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English is a must to interact with different stakeholders
  • Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce engaging content (such as short videos and articles) that highlights the appeal of the OKX brand and Web3 products, driving user acquisition through various channels.
  • Design and execute growth experiments (such as A/B testing and viral campaigns) to optimize content dissemination and user conversion rates across content and community channels.
  • Utilize AI tools (such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Canva) to generate creative content, analyze user behavior, and optimize marketing copy, enhancing work efficiency.
  • Track content performance metrics (such as views, engagement rates, and conversion rates), analyze user behavior, and provide optimization recommendations.
