  • Own and scale Core’s growth strategy end-to-end.
  • Be the voice of the broader community inside the Core team.
  • Work closely with marketing on go-to-market plans for new features.
  • Lead strategic ecosystem partnerships.
  • Design and deploy community-led growth loops.
  • Stay connected 24/7 to the alpha.
  • Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and design to fine-tune the wallet experience.
  • Measure what matters — define KPIs, instrument tracking, and run A/B experiments to drive continuous, compounding growth.
