Lead Plume's global marketing strategy, enhance community engagement, and position Plume as the premier blockchain for real-world assets. Work closely with various teams to align marketing efforts with Plume's mission.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with strong experience in Web3.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts, driving brand growth, and leading successful go-to-market campaigns.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology, RWAs, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to distil complex crypto concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Experience growing and managing engaged crypto communities on Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and other platforms.
  • Expertise in content marketing, PR, and brand positioning within the Web3 space.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure marketing performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that amplifies Plume’s mission and business objectives.
  • Elevate Plume’s brand, ensuring strong positioning across all digital and offline channels.
  • Drive growth and adoption of Plume’s ecosystem through content, social media, PR, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and social media campaigns.
  • Engage with and grow Plume’s community across Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and other key platforms.
  • Organize and host Plume-focused industry events, AMAs, and community calls to foster ecosystem engagement.
  • Support Plume ecosystem projects with their go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring brand alignment and amplification.
  • Work with ecosystem partners, influencers, and KOLs to drive awareness and credibility.
  • Develop marketing initiatives in collaboration with technology and business partners to enhance Plume’s ecosystem.
  • Lead Plume’s PR strategy, working with external agencies and media outlets to secure high-profile coverage.
  • Position Plume’s leadership as industry thought leaders through media appearances, interviews, and conferences.
  • Drive awareness of Plume’s role in the RWA space through whitepapers, research, and industry reports.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ecosystem growth.
  • Analyse campaign performance, community engagement, and brand sentiment to optimize future initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and areas for improvement.
