Lead marketing efforts for Safe{Wallet} and developer product suite, creating high-impact campaigns to acquire high-value users and enterprises. Guide product marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in Fintech, SaaS or blockchain industries, with a focus on digital assets, treasury management, and user as well as developer adoption.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven track record in leading marketing teams, crafting and executing GTM strategies, and driving high-impact campaigns. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, digital asset custody, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the developer ecosystem. Passionate about self-custody and open internet is a plus.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience producing high-quality content for different audiences, from technical developers to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to produce and execute on GTM strategies using vendors, agencies and relationships with partners.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to define success metrics, optimize performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to align teams across product, sales, and customer success to execute seamless and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Project management: Organizational skills to help manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Value Alignment: Mission-aligned with making self-custody more accessible and usable and interested in assessing its place in the face of competition, regulation and challenges.
  • Nice to have: Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, data analytics tools, SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, or extracting insights via APIs.
  • Responsibilities

  • Drive Precision Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Create, lead and execute GTM strategies for both new and existing products, driving pipeline growth, user adoption, and revenue generation.
  • Craft Compelling Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, concise, and persuasive value propositions for the full product suite and tailor messages towards audiences like individuals, global enterprises, and onchain native organizations. Differentiate Safe’s positioning in a competitive self-custody, multisig, and digital asset management landscape.
  • Brand Building: Own and evolve the Safe brand from visual identity to thought leadership, to build trust with institutions, developers, and onchain communities
  • Product Marketing and Growth Loops: Collaborate closely with product teams to refine user insights, track competitive trends and drive in-product growth loops and activations, ensuring adoption and retention of new features and of key revenue driving actions.
  • Create Best-in-Class Content: Develop and produce impactful case studies, presentations, videos, and white papers that raise brand awareness and educate the market on product offerings. Manage execution across vendors, agencies and in-house teams.
  • Comms and Reputation Management: Represent the company at key industry events and webinars. Elevate company leadership and brand reputation in the competitive landscape of onchain custody products.
  • Measure & Optimize Campaigns: Set frameworks to measure KPIs, track adoption metrics, and continually refine strategies to optimize market impact and ensure ongoing success.
  • Empower Sales Teams: Create tailored content and enablement strategies for diverse user personas, and use cases, ensuring sales teams are equipped to drive market success.
