Requirements

  • At least 10 years of product marketing experience, with a significant portion in consumer tech, fintech, or the crypto industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the capacity to drive marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and investment strategies.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, especially as it pertains to fintech and crypto.
  • Extensive experience in building and scaling crypto-native communities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence strategy and articulate complex products to a diverse audience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting in the digital asset space.
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the Americas (US & LATAM).
  • Drive growth in community engagement and product adoption.
  • Coordinate and expand global community programs in the Americas.
  • Establish a strong brand presence across crypto industry events, media, and social platforms.
  • Work closely with local General Managers (GMs) and market teams to adapt global product messaging.
  • Develop region-specific narratives that align with user needs, trading behaviors, and market trends.
  • Act as the voice of the US and LATAM customer, gathering and analyzing market insights.
  • Establish a structured feedback loop between American users and global product teams.
