Supports the Commercial Strategy and Operations team with data analysis, campaign preparation, performance reporting, and project management. Provides marketing insights by analyzing large datasets and collaborating with multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or BI role
  • A data enthusiast who can translate complex topics into simple and actionable insights
  • Relevant experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights and/or business analysis
  • Excellent data querying and visualisation skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Google Sheets is required;
  • familiarity with Snowflake and Metabase are strongly preferred.
  • Detail orientation, proactivity, strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

    • Responsibilities

  • Bring together, explore and analyse large-scale datasets to find actionable marketing insights
  • Provide a better understanding of customers, their user characteristics and how they use our products
  • Segment and target customers effectively to maximise conversions and relevance of Bitpanda’s marketing campaigns while advancing strategic goals
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and departments to help support a data-driven marketing team
  • Create interactive reports and dashboards to solve specific needs and empower key stakeholders, extracting key insights and lessons from post-campaign performance data to shape upcoming product launches and marketing campaigns
