Responsibilities

Drive user growth and market expansion for Binance in Japan by developing and executing tailored marketing strategies

Leverage a wide range of advertising channels and social media platforms to increase brand awareness in the Japanese market, ensuring optimal return on investment

Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy development and briefing to execution and performance measurement

Brainstorm, plan, and implement both online and offline events to boost user engagement and brand presence

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing management with strong ownership and high emotional intelligence

Passionate about working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Minimum 3 years of marketing and user growth experience focused on the Japanese market; advertising management experience is a plus

Good understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and trends, with a genuine interest in crypto culture

Flexible and able to work extended hours to keep pace with the dynamic crypto community

Proficient in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
