Job Description

Assists in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive signups, grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate user verification experience. Reports to the General Manager, South Cone, and works closely with the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of growth activations and other marketing campaigns, that inspire app downloads and sign-ups
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including market ops, global marketing, content, and design, to develop, execute, and continuously improve marketing efforts, ensuring World's creative standard and strategic integrity.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Support the production of materials, including videos, graphics, and location materials
  • Manage the distribution of marketing materials and content across various platforms
  • Oversee content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Maintain regular communication with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Creative Strategy, Strategic Consulting, Business Development or related fields - ideally in a fast-growing tech space.
  • You’re a go-getter; someone creative and eager to innovate, to test, fail, learn and evolve.
  • You’re comfortable adapting to change, coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as building strong relationships.
  • You are fully fluent in Spanish and English
  • You’re based in Peru, but are also able to travel occasionally to execute marketing initiatives in your subregion.
