Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, video templates, and video content for websites, social media, campaigns, events, digital, and OOH advertising in both English and Chinese.
  • Interpret creative briefs to produce engaging 2D and AI-driven motion designs for global and localized projects, with a focus on Chinese market adaptations.
  • Manage the rollout of video assets across formats and localizations for large-scale campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Adapt and localize video content for different markets and platforms, especially Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and external vendors to develop world-class video content.
  • Apply best practices in motion design and AI video production, staying updated on new tools, trends, and industry innovations.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of motion templates and style guides for English and Chinese video production.
  • Support and mentor team members on motion graphics and video production processes.
  • Enhance workflows and production processes for efficient delivery of English and Chinese video paid ads.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuously monitor competitor content, crypto trends, and blockchain news to keep Binance’s video content fresh and relevant.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Motion Designer in a global company or creative agency, ideally with high-volume, fast-paced production.
  • Proven expertise in motion graphics, video paid ads production, and branded storytelling.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate), Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro; AI motion design experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in motion design.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with task and project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
