A creative Motion Designer to join a fast-paced company, playing a key role in visually communicating the vision through dynamic motion graphics and animation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to create engaging visuals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

4+ years of professional experience in motion design, preferably within digital, agency, fintech, or crypto environments.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D and 3D motion graphics, storytelling, and brand-aligned visual content.

Responsibilities

Optimize digital content for diverse platforms to ensure a consistent and visually satisfying user experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, design software, and new technologies, including AI, to elevate the quality and innovation of digital content.

Develop compelling stories using 2D and/or 3D motion graphics tailored for social media.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project needs, contribute creative ideas, and guarantee design solutions meet business goals.

Effectively manage several projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
