Responsibilities

Support regional PR activities, including proactive media outreach, media interviews, announcements, award nominations, as well as securing speaking engagements and podcast opportunities for our company's spokespeople in CEE, CIS and Balkans countries.

Manage and maintain the company’s public image by writing press releases, preparing KOL briefings, and sharing content with media and social channels.

Build strong relationships with local and regional tech, finance, and crypto influencers and media, both traditional and digital.

Identify and select the right media and KOLs based on strategic goals, and coordinate events and interviews to boost positive exposure.

Monitor and support key events, focusing on KOL and media relations and collaboration.

Assist with public affairs, corporate communications, and brand initiatives.

Track emerging issues and trends relevant to the company.

Oversee PR agencies to support communication efforts and create materials such as story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&As, presentations, and speeches.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned communication strategies.

Regularly report progress, summarize lessons learned, and offer suggestions for improvement

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5+ years of professional PR or media experience.

Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.

Strong communication and language skills.

Good understanding of social media and finance/technology topics.

Expert knowledge of CIS, CEE and Balkans financial/crypto media landscape, skills in media relations and building media networks.

Knowledge or experience in blockchain technology is a plus.

Experience managing KOLs/influencers.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Passionate about Binance and its mission.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
