Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for Injective Labs' blockchain products. Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to create compelling marketing narratives.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing

Experience in the crypto space with a deep understanding of crypto culture, trends, and user behavior.

Experience launching, positioning, and scaling products from 0 to 1 and beyond.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in creating and executing GTM strategies.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies aligned with technical product features.

Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to optimize strategies.

Ability to translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for our products, making them appeal to technical experts and general audiences.

Work closely with the Product team to understand and identify the value preposition of the product.

Conduct market research to position our products effectively, working closely with Product, and Business Development teams.

Define clear positioning, create compelling storytelling, and lead the product launches.

Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans.

Translate technical concepts into engaging content across marketing surfaces.

Analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.

Engage with developers and crypto communities to build awareness and drive product adoption.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
