Drive user growth and brand visibility for OKX across the UAE and broader MENA region. This role manages the UAE affiliate program and leads the influencer strategy to build trust and awareness around OKX in MENA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech.
  • Proven success working with KOLs, creators, and partners to drive growth and brand lift.
  • Strong understanding of both performance-driven and brand-driven campaign KPIs.
  • Experience with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, tracking links, and attribution.
  • Knowledge of the UAE and broader MENA digital and influencer landscape.
  • Skilled in negotiating, relationship management, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Passion for crypto and belief in OKX’s mission is a big advantage.

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the UAE affiliate program, onboarding KOLs and partners to drive user acquisition and trading volume.
  • Own acquisition and revenue KPIs for affiliates. Track performance, optimize conversions, and improve partner ROI.
  • Build and manage a long-term influencer program to grow brand awareness and trust across the region.
  • Launch and manage campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Telegram. Oversee briefs, assets, and timelines.
  • Develop strong relationships with creators and partners, turning them into authentic OKX brand advocates.
  • Track key metrics across both growth and brand campaigns. Use data and feedback to improve and scale efforts.
