Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar function in crypto, fintech, or consumer tech
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling consumer-facing products or features with quantifiable outcomes
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into clarity
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended problems with structure and insight
  • Familiarity with growth loops, funnels, and lifecycle marketing
  • Blockchain Enthusiast. A burning curiosity and/or deep understanding of blockchain technologies
  • Bonus: Experience managing and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives individual growth and team success
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market plans, messaging, and launch execution for consumer product ecosystem
  • Partner with product teams to translate insights into scalable marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Build messaging frameworks and campaigns that evolve across the product lifecycle, focusing on measurable impact at every stage
  • Develop marketing programs that strengthen the products place in crypto culture, engaging both crypto-native and new audiences
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive adoption and amplify reach through coordinated GTM efforts
  • Support the development of systems and processes that keep the user perspective at the heart of product and marketing decisions
  • Contribute to the establishment of OKRs and performance tracking frameworks to measure the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Iterate on strategies based on user feedback, market trends, and campaign results
