Job Description
This role drives and optimizes global paid advertising strategies, combining data-driven campaign management and platform expertise to deliver measurable business impact. The Senior Manager will work closely with performance marketing and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Paid Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve campaigns using data-driven insights to hit KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
- Creative Strategy & Testing: Lead A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and targeting to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Tracking & Reporting: Build and enhance tracking systems, attribution models, and dashboards for actionable campaign insights.
- Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of updates on ad platforms and trends to drive innovation and competitive strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, analytics, design, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Automation & Tools: Identify and implement tools or workflows to scale and streamline campaign optimization processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns.
- Expertise across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a knack for solving complex challenges through data and strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, design, and analytics teams.
