Lead and manage all web-related aspects for World, Tools for Humanity, and World Foundation brands. This includes strategy, content, SEO, design, build, and maintenance, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in website management, content strategy, or UI/UX design and development.
  • 3-5+ years experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio.
  • 3-5+ years experience with Search Engine Optimization.
  • 3-5+ years experience in content strategy and copywriting.
  • Highly organized and able to strategically prioritize multiple workstreams.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, experience with C-Suite and Founder stakeholders.
  • Interdisciplinary and adaptable; quick to pivot in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Radical end-to-end ownership and resourcefulness.
  • Practically oriented and “getting-the-job-done” mindset.
  • Responsibilities

  • Strategize, design, and manage several website projects.
  • Create strategic and systemic website roadmaps.
  • Lead and execute website content strategy, wireframing, and copywriting.
  • Lead global SEO efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional leadership to understand website needs.
  • Work with external and internal website design and development partners.
  • Build user-friendly web experiences.
  • Build reports to track and analyze website performance.
  • Work with regional marketing teams to understand local website needs.
  • Occasionally project manage non-website, technically-oriented content projects.
  • Be a self-starter and deliver projects on time.
  • Find solutions and options for getting ideas made.
  • Ensure all web content is aligned with brand and marketing strategy.
  • Travel 5% to understand on-the-ground operations and user needs.
