Galaxy Digital seeks a Client Onboarding Analyst to manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with FCA requirements and excellent customer service. This role involves collaborating with various teams and enhancing the onboarding portal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Onboarding/AML/KYC experience from an institutional perspective
  • 2-3 years of client onboarding experience
  • Familiarity with FCA requirements pertaining to client onboarding
  • Must have experience working at a financial institution in a client onboarding capacity (Operations, Client Service, or Implementation)
  • Interest and familiarity with crypto

    • Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal and Tax teams to onboard new clients, while ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth process
  • Assist the EMEA sales teams with Onboarding related requests during London business hours
  • Ensure we follow FCA requirements for client onboarding where applicable and work closely with Compliance to escalate any issues
  • Manage priority items received from multiple teams across various locations
  • Connect with teams locally and across regions to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to enhancing the features and functionality of the Client Onboarding portal
  • Ad-hoc onboarding tasks such as DDQ requests, onboarding transitions across Galaxy entities and tracking KPIs
