Job Description

The operations function at OKX is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the local business. We're a team of risk-minded problem solvers helping to grow the business in a sustainable and compliant manner.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth operation across functions such as marketing, customer support, legal and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain operational processes in line with the business plan and strategy.
  • Be able to understand and interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to execute cross-functional work and coordinate multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements

  • Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.
  • Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.
  • A track record of developing and implementing effective processes.
  • A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or in a related subject or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
  • Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
