Job Description
Monitor operational KPIs and regularly report on key metrics to management. Prepare monthly regulatory reports and work with customer support and content teams to improve services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational KPIs and regularly report on key metrics to management.
- Prepare monthly regulatory reports.
- Work closely with customer support and content teams to continuously improve our support services.
- Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to drive operational excellence and enhance service quality.
- Lead a team of operations associates, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to achieve targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years operational, customer support, or compliance experience, ideally in a crypto or fintech company
- Experience in creating operational systems and processes
- Ability to analyze large sets of data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic language
