Job Description

Monitor operational KPIs and regularly report on key metrics to management. Prepare monthly regulatory reports and work with customer support and content teams to improve services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational KPIs and regularly report on key metrics to management.
  • Prepare monthly regulatory reports.
  • Work closely with customer support and content teams to continuously improve our support services.
  • Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to drive operational excellence and enhance service quality.
  • Lead a team of operations associates, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years operational, customer support, or compliance experience, ideally in a crypto or fintech company
  • Experience in creating operational systems and processes
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language
