This role optimizes the procurement process, analyzes purchasing data, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, data analysis, and vendor negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with JIRA & Netsuite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

    • Responsibilities

  • Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, and relationship management to ensure optimal pricing, terms, and service levels.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, security, and legal teams to ensure the procurement process is followed for new vendors and renewals.
  • Work within JIRA and our ERP to track vendor agreements and upcoming renewal flows.
  • Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and spending trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations while assisting in contract review and negotiations.
  • Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and recommend solutions for automation and better cost control.
