Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for our structured product suite. Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities and set a winning go-to-market strategy.

Design product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations (e.g., strike price, APR, tenor). Translate user needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and work with our quant and risk teams to ensure our crypto products are priced competitively and operate within acceptable risk parameters.

Act as the product expert for our operations and marketing teams. Develop comprehensive launch plans, including user education materials and promotional campaigns, to ensure successful product adoption. Leverage on-chain and off-chain data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.

Serve as the key interface, ensuring seamless communication and execution between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to deliver a world-class user experience.

Requirements

5+ years in product management for financial, wealth management, or internet operational products. Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional bank/securities wealth management, or derivatives is highly preferred. Priority is given to candidates who have designed or led successful products from 0 to 1 in the crypto or fintech space.

A strong passion for and understanding of financial markets. Comfortable with the core concepts of interest rates and volatility, and able to apply them to crypto assets. Highly analytical and skilled in using tools like SQL and Excel to drive data-driven decisions. Outstanding communication and project management skills.

A results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership for business growth and product revenue. A fast learner, able to adapt quickly to the rapid pace of the cryptocurrency industry. Possess a strong ability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions.

Bonus Points

An active, deep user of cryptocurrencies with a good understanding of DeFi and blockchain protocols.

Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Possession of financial certifications such as CFA or FRM.
