Job Description

Manages a risk control complaint handling team, handling complex cases and optimizing processes. Collaborates with other departments to resolve issues and reports progress to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily management of the risk control complaint handling team, including task allocation, performance evaluation, and team building, to improve overall team efficiency and service quality.
  • Handle high-complexity user risk control complaints, especially complex cases involving cross-departmental collaboration, and take ultimate decision-making responsibility.
  • Continuously optimize the risk control complaint handling process, develop and improve operational standards, reduce the risk of operational errors, and ensure account security.
  • Maintain close collaboration with technical teams, customer service teams, legal teams, and other departments to drive rapid resolution of complex issues.
  • Regularly organize team work data, analyze key metrics such as complaint types, resolution rates, and response times, and report progress to senior management.
  • Ensure the team always prioritizes the security of users and the platform, strictly adhering to the company's risk control policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in computer science, information security, finance, management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in risk control, customer service, or related fields, including 1 year of team management experience.
  • Familiar with risk control systems, account management processes, and permission management mechanisms, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as decision-making abilities, capable of making quick judgments in high-pressure environments.
  • High level of risk awareness and responsibility, with the ability to prioritize the security of users and the platform.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred
