About the Opportunity

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, embedding yourself in the business and aligning people strategy with org goals.

Lead and support org design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness initiatives as we scale rapidly.

Drive change management efforts during periods of transformation, ensuring clarity, communication, and employee engagement.

Use people data and analytics to generate insights, drive decisions, and measure the impact of programs.

Partner with Talent, People Operations, REWX, Finance and IT teams to craft integrated people solutions that support growth and engagement.

Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, feedback, and career development.

Advocate for employees, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability across teams and levels.

Play a key role in building the People Partner team, shaping its direction, processes, and identity within TFH.

About You

Proven experience as a senior HRBP, People Partner, or similar role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand org dynamics, technical roadmaps, and strategic priorities.

A track record of leading and influencing change, including reorgs, scaling, and leadership transitions.

Comfort with data and metrics: you can interpret people data, tell a story with it, and influence with insights.

Deep understanding of talent management, performance, engagement, and succession planning practices.

Cultural competence – you know how to navigate complexity across global, diverse teams.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and executive presence — you're a thought partner, not just a service provider.

A bias toward action, strong judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles): The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from$150,000 - $180,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
