This role involves planning, developing, and implementing employee development and training programs. The director will also advise leadership and facilitate initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Over 15 years of experience in HR management or HR Centers of Excellence (COE), including a strong consulting background with more than 10 years in Organization Development and Talent Development (OTD) areas.
  • Solid understanding of the crypto, fintech, or technology industries.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proven track record of diagnosing problems, designing pragmatic solutions, and delivering results for world-class companies, including hands-on implementation support.
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to manage projects and integrate diverse resources effectively.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to thrive under pressure and adjust to rapidly changing environments.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to embodying and promoting the company’s values across the organization.
  • Balanced expertise and openness: A strong domain expert who is also receptive to new ideas and feedback, fostering collaboration and seeking optimal solutions for the company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of driving business conversations and ensuring follow-through on initiatives.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into details and execute effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong partnerships within the HR team and across business units.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Corporate Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize organizational structure to improve efficiency.
  • Derive business, organizational and talent insights, helping the business overcome obstacles and build positive synergies.
  • Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract organizational and employee productivity trends.
  • Derive OD and TD solutions to address business challenges and enhance company-wide performance management & OKR management.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management team to develop sustainable talent philosophy and full-cycle talent management framework.
  • Collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally based on strategic and organizational needs. Customize intervention tools and programs to help key stakeholders improve their managerial and business efficiencies.
