Support the implementation of a regulatory compliance improvement plan in Spain, ensuring alignment with internal standards and local labor regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop project execution and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Native Spanish speaker with High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Organized, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Interested in developing project management and compliance skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.

    • Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the People, Legal, and Compliance teams to define a clear action plan based on internal audit findings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across departments and geographies to ensure timely execution of the compliance plan.
  • Conduct basic research and support the preparation of documentation aligned with Spanish labor laws and internal policies.
  • Track progress, follow up on action items, and contribute to process documentation and reporting.
