Requirements

2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Be the architect of an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling phone and video calls to organizing seamless onsite and virtual interviews.

Build strong relationships with our candidates and team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential.

Partner with recruiters to bring creative ideas to life, from improving processes to launching fun, innovative talent acquisition programs.

Own the interview experience—track and optimize every interaction, acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates.

Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
