Requirements

Strategic and data-driven tech & product recruiter with a background owning the full candidate experience from strategy, intake meetings and sourcing to hired.

Great network and deep understanding of the Austrian Tech & Product market, especially within the Product and Tech talent landscape.

Hands-on experience driving employer branding initiatives—content creation, social media, events, and partnerships.

Strong stakeholder manager with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills in English and German.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end hiring for roles across Tech and Product, primarily for roles in our Vienna HQ, including executing tailored sourcing strategies

Leveraging your extensive candidate network and utilising various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to final offer, maintaining transparency, open communication, and a positive journey for the candidate.

Own and execute employer branding initiatives across channels—craft compelling content, manage our career page and social presence, and represent Bitpanda at events to boost talent attraction and brand visibility.

Partner with stakeholders to align on goals, ensure interview readiness and engagement, and regularly track and report hiring progress to leadership.
