Develop and deliver training programs for customer service teams. Design courses, manage training resources, and collaborate with business teams to improve service experience.

Requirements

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Bachelor's degree or above, with 1.5 years or more training experience in a customer service center.

Ability to independently design and develop courses, and experience in teaching customer service teams.

Ability to independently design and organize the delivery of training empowerment projects.

Strong organizational, resource scheduling, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze training needs and deliver training empowerment programs.

Design and develop courses, iterating course plans to meet requirements.

Manage instructor empowerment, course management, and training resource management.

Design and deliver empowerment solutions based on business needs, collaborating with business teams.

Manage and improve training tools to drive the operational health of online training.
