Develop and deliver training programs for customer service teams. Design courses, manage training resources, and collaborate with business teams to improve service experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 1.5 years or more training experience in a customer service center.
  • Ability to independently design and develop courses, and experience in teaching customer service teams.
  • Ability to independently design and organize the delivery of training empowerment projects.
  • Strong organizational, resource scheduling, and teamwork skills.
  • Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze training needs and deliver training empowerment programs.
  • Design and develop courses, iterating course plans to meet requirements.
  • Manage instructor empowerment, course management, and training resource management.
  • Design and deliver empowerment solutions based on business needs, collaborating with business teams.
  • Manage and improve training tools to drive the operational health of online training.
