Required Skills

7+ years recruiting/TA experience, including deep technical recruiting experience

3+ years of passive sourcing experience

Previous experience recruiting in Web3, open-source, or blockchain ecosystems OR global tech start ups

Familiarity with global labor markets and compliance practices

Passion for emerging technologies
