Required Skills

  • 7+ years recruiting/TA experience, including deep technical recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of passive sourcing experience
  • Previous experience recruiting in Web3, open-source, or blockchain ecosystems OR global tech start ups
  • Familiarity with global labor markets and compliance practices
  • Passion for emerging technologies
