Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the research of product user experience and functionalities

Collect users feedbacks for payment products and give reasonable suggestions and improvements

Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process

Assist product managers prepare product materials such as FAQ, Training materials, etc.

Job Requirements

Familiar with payment products in the EU such as SEPA, Card payment, etc.

Good sense and understanding of user experience

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability of problem solving

Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units

Ability to commit 5 days per week for a period of 6 months
