Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM field like Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering or Computer Science.

Ideally 4+ years of experience building backend systems in the crypto or traditional finance sectors.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.

Passion for blockchain, trading, and financial markets.

Responsibilities

Design and iterate trading platforms logic for derivatives like options and futures to ensure optimal performance.

Anticipate market/ competitors trends to develop trading products(e.g grid trading/ block trades/ trading bots) for retail and institutional clients

Build risk models (e.g., isolated margin, portfolio margin) to enhance capital efficiency and manage risks effectively, embed risk control in product design.

Manage key parameters such as tick size and margin tiers while enhancing system stability by tracking industry trends and competitor innovations.

Implement stress testing and automated monitoring tools to detect and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to build scalable and compliant trading infrastructure.

Develop monitoring systems and manage product iteration plans based on the competitive landscape.

Coordinate with developers, QAs, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
